Q: What are your store hours?

A: We are open Monday - Friday 10:00 - 4:00. Please see Hours and Location page for some exceptions.


Q: Where are you located?

A: We are at 814 Kanuga Rd. Hendersonville, NC 28739.  You can find a map and driving directions here, or just scroll to the bottom of this page for a Google Map.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Pretty much anything except BitCoin. Seriously, we accept all major credit/debit cards, checks (with proper ID), and, of course cash.

You will now find over 50,000 items with compete descriptions & pictures.  The prices shown reflect the Retailers Suggested Retail Price.  Everyday discounts & sales are not shown.  If you are interested in anything, you can create a shopping cart and e-mail it to us.


Q: Where do you ship?

A: We can ship to any of the 50 States + US territories or protectorates, and APO addresses (please note APO addresses may experience a slight delay.)  We have also occasionally shipped to Canada.  If you are in Canada and would like to place an order, please e-mail us before completing your on-line order.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  We'll be happy to give a you shipping quote.  Shipping may take as long as 2-3 weeks.

Q: Do you offer a student discount?

A: Yes, we are happy to offer a 10% student discount of of regularly priced items to high school and college students enrolled in degree seeking programs. Sorry, this does not include other classes or workshops for non-students.


Q: Do you have a mailing list?

A: Yes, we have e-mail newsletter.  The newsletter contains sales, coupons and, new product announcements as well as local art events and news.  You can sign up here.


Q: Do you have gift certificates?

A: Yes, we can issue a gift card in any amount you would like.  If you are located out of town and trying to give a gift card to somebody, please call or e-mail us.  We'll even be happy to mail it for you.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Within 30 days, with a receipt, we will happily refund any unused or defective merchandise.  Without a receipt or after 30 days, we can exchange your merchandise or offer store credit.
